RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. This means that you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@lemerch.store before sending any items back. Do not send items back before your return request has been reviewed and approved. Once your request has been accepted, please send the eligible item to:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution, including return instructions where necessary.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number as well as clear photos of the item and packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:

  • personalised items, including products printed with individual names, numbers, or custom details

  • custom-made products or products manufactured according to individual specifications

  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item or size is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

EU CUSTOMERS

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to the applicable legal exceptions. This statutory right does not generally apply to goods made to order or clearly personalised goods.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
