1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, production batches, and printing processes.

Product availability, sizes, colours, designs, and prices may change without prior notice.

Certain products may be produced in limited quantities or made to order. Personalised and custom-made products may be subject to additional conditions and may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

1. PRICES

For customers in Switzerland, prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices include applicable mandatory public charges, including Swiss VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are not necessarily included in the displayed product price. They are shown separately during checkout before the order is submitted.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by authorities or service providers may apply. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

1. ORDER PROCESS

The products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer. They represent an invitation to place an order.

Before submitting an order, you can review the selected products, quantities, delivery address, billing details, and total price and correct any errors.

By clicking the final order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

We deliver to selected destinations. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, destination, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Normal returns must be requested before items are sent back. Returned products must meet the applicable return conditions.

Personalised items, custom-made products, and products manufactured according to individual specifications are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

For customers in the European Union, mandatory statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected where applicable.

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@lemerch.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
